Fayelyn Bilodeau

Fayelyn Bilodeau was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. From a young age, Fayelyn suffered from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. After overcoming her OCD, she found herself dealing with depression and anxiety during high school and throughout the next decade. She attended and graduated New York University where she studied drama and found an outlet for her ever-growing and heightening emotions. After college, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. Although she managed her struggles and received help through therapy, her mental health continued to worsen until she was ultimately diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. Fayelyn sought treatment through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), something that forever changed her for the better. For Fayelyn, My Side of Crazy is an opportunity to bring humor, awareness, and understanding to issues that may be misunderstood. Fayelyn hopes to be an advocate for the mental health community and to use her own experiences and passion to lessen the stigma around mental health.
